Christmas Cards

Yes I know it is only August but I work at a Butchers so get really busy by November so this year I have been working away on my Christmas Cards and Decorations. Here are a few of my ideas.

 Stamping out of a Circle

The images are stamped on white card, then I have highlighted the main picture with a circle matted onto a red circle, which in turn is matted onto a piece of pearl card embossed with snowflakes, once again matted with the red.  Then I have added a foreground image which I have mounted on foam pads. A touch of Sprinkles glitter glue and Glossy Accents and they were finished. Very easy but quite eye-catching I think.

My Christmas Boxes

These are a set of cards for my nephews and neices using the same papers and stamps but each is unique. When you slip off the belly band they open up into a box which hopefully wow them, then inside is hidden a snowflake orniment for their tree with their name on the back.  Blue for the boys pink for the girls with lots and lots of glitter.  When they take the snowflake out they will discover another image that links with the foreground theme. Let me show you.....

The belly band was made using the Gingerbread garland stamp which is so cute
